Job summary

Gbmt Structural Steel Manufacturing Industries Llc in Dubai is seeking an experienced machine operator to safely run cutting, bending, and related machinery in our workshop. You will set up equipment, monitor output, and ensure products meet strict quality standards.

The role requires following production schedules, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining a clean workspace while adhering to safety rules. A 2-year contract with overtime is offered, including accommodation and benefits.

Qualifications

• ITI qualification mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years industrial experience in machine operation.
• Basic technical knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically fit for industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate industrial cutting, bending, and related machinery.

Preferred candidate profile

ITI qualification (Industrial Training Institute) is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in machine operation or a related manufacturing environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of industrial machinery.

• Ability to operate and handle machinery safely and efficiently.

• Ability to understand and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment.

Employment Terms

2-year employment contract.

Employees who leave before completing the contract will be liable to pay a penalty as per the employment agreement.

12-hour shift: 8 working hours + 1-hour break + 3 hours mandatory overtime, subject to company workload.

Rotational shifts: o 7:00 AM 7:00 PM o 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Company Provides
