• Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics.
• Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models.
• Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companies.

You’ll Need To Have

• Top tier business or engineering school.
• Prior experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Ability to produce / present technically written materials / client pitches.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
• Hard skills: excellent technical skills on Office Suite and professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg, FactSet, Dealogic …).
• Regional or UAE experience is required.
• Fluency in English is a requirement; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
