Job summary

SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Wellness Instructor to design and deliver holistic programs that support guests’ physical, mental, and emotional well‑being. You will blend fitness, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle practices with SO/’s vibrant, luxury brand, creating memorable experiences in daily resort life.

Responsibilities include designing a diverse wellness calendar, collaborating with Spa and Fitness teams, and ensuring spaces and equipment meet safety standards while engaging guests with

Qualifications

Certification in yoga, Pilates, meditation, holistic health, or wellness coaching.
Luxury resort, spa, or wellness center experience preferred.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Creative, energetic, empathetic personality with passion for wellness.
Knowledge of current wellness trends and sustainable living.
First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead group and individual wellness sessions (yoga, meditation, Pilates, stretching, breathwork).
Design diverse wellness calendars aligned with guest profiles and events.
Collaborate with Spa, Fitness, and Entertainment teams for integrated offerings.
Maintain safe, clean wellness spaces and well‑kept equipment.
Engage guests as brand ambassador and collect feedback for experience improvements.
