Job summary

MINIMALIST, a Dubai-based luxury brand, seeks a Store Manager to oversee one of its UAE locations. You will manage daily operations, lead a small team, and engage with customers to deliver the brand's signature luxury service.

You will optimize sales, control stock, ensure visual standards, and mentor staff through onboarding and ongoing training. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, as is a track record of success in luxury retail within the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based luxury retail store management experience.
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Management preferred.
• Certifications in sales or management are a plus.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and floor supervision.
• Drive sales, conversion, ATV, and customer experience.
• Maintain stock, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead and develop the store team with regular performance checks.
• Implement onboarding and training for new joiners.
