Minor Hotels (Anantara Brands) is seeking certified Spa Therapists to provide high-quality body massages and facial treatments at the Anantara Palm Dubai property.

The role requires a beauty therapy or massage diploma and at least 2 years of massage experience in a 5-star hotel or renowned city spa. A soft-spoken, neat appearance and knowledge of how human muscles work are essential; the resort offers a fixed monthly salary with sales bonus and housing/transport benefits.

Qualifications

• A real beauty therapy or massage diploma from a proper school.
• At least 2 years of massage experience in a 5-star hotel or famous city spa.
• Soft spoken, neat and clean appearance, and knowledge of how human muscles work.

Responsibilities

• Set up massage rooms every morning with towels, warm temperature, and relaxing music.
• Talk to guests before starting to ask about muscle pain or injuries.
• Perform professional oil massages, body scrubs, and skin treatments using correct brand techniques.
• Show guests the spa's special lotions and oils after their massage to help increase daily sales.
