Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience of at least 2 years in hotel or resort as a Reservations Agent.
• Knowledgeable about local culture and previous regional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding room reservations.
• Maximize room revenue through effective upselling techniques.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the PMS database.
• Support Reservations Manager and Revenue Management on special projects.
