Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
• Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment; inform manager of low items.
• Recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in activities.
• Promote a fun, safe atmosphere; explain rules and safety procedures.
• Assist guests, handle emergencies, and support trained staff as needed.
• Train, motivate, and coach employees; model professional behavior.
• Maintain equipment, read/verify information, and operate POS systems.
• Ensure clean appearance and protect company assets.
