Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budgets for luxury residential projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to stay on schedule and budget.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to management highlighting project milestones, risks, and recommendations.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and facilitate solutions to ensure continuity and efficiency of project workflows.
• Utilize planning tools and software to analyze data and produce relevant reports for stakeholders.
• Contribute to project feasibility studies, helping to determine project viability and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements throughout the planning process.
• Actively participate in project meetings to provide planning insights and strategies to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
