Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Merchandise Planner to drive SKU-level demand forecasting, stock allocation, and end-to-end supply planning for GCC and international markets. The role focuses on maximizing stock availability, improving forecast accuracy, and aligning inventory with customer demand and business goals.

Responsibilities include developing SKU forecasts, managing best-seller orders, and coordinating resupply with Supply Chain and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, or Inventory Planning within Luxury Fashion or Fashion Retail.
• Experience with GCC and/or international markets.
• Collaboration with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Commercial and Product teams.
• Exposure to new product launches, carry-over styles, and seasonal collections in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales data, trends, and market insights.
• Allocate inventory to markets and stores based on sell-through and stock efficiency.
• Own end-to-end supply planning and coordinate resupply activities across GCC markets.
• Provide market-driven insights and demand trends to PD and CM.
• Prepare and share demand-related reports with Commercial and Master Inventory Planning teams.
