Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Security Officer to help safeguard guests and property. You will participate in daily security operations, manage access for staff and visitors, and maintain awareness of the hotel layout and events to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a 6-day week schedule, strong English skills, and experience in luxury hotel environments. A Sira license is a plus, and comprehensive employee benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 5 stars luxury hotels and resort.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Holding Sira Security License is a plus.
• Strong English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the day to day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Monitor and control the movement of all associates, visitors, and contractors leaving or entering the hotel through the staff entrance.
• Handle all tasks with diplomacy, tact, appropriate discretion and efficiency.
• Record and control all visitors’ belongings/items when entering and leaving the hotel premises through the employee entrance or loading dock.
• Ensure that unauthorized personnel do not gain access to the hotel floors and back of the house areas.
• Be fully conversant with every detail of the hotel layout.
• Check all current events, activities, and functions at the time of duty and be aware of daily operations of the hotel.
• To patrol the areas of responsibility and to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
• Assist in training related to the resort emergency procedures when needed.
• Work with local law enforcement when needed.
• Coordinate the responsibilities of Security Officers and Guard ensuring their performance meets expectations.
