• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Butler, Head Waiter, or Captain in a luxury hotel or private residence.
• Proven background in fine dining service or private chef environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
• Oversee in-room dining experiences with high-level presentation.
• Manage table settings and service sequences in fine dining protocols.
• Coordinate special menu requests and wine pairings.
• Supervise and train junior staff on etiquette and service.
