Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking a creative PR Intern to join the Lifestyle Dining team. You will support media relations, influencer outreach, events, and storytelling for our premium dining and lifestyle brands.

The role offers exposure to the UAE media landscape, collaboration with influencers, and hands-on experience across press materials, launches and PR activations, reporting into the PR and communications function.

Qualifications

• Degree or current studies in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Hospitality or a related field.
• Strong interest in hospitality, restaurants, luxury lifestyle, fashion and media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Confident, personable and comfortable communicating with media, influencers and external partners.
• Proactive, curious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE media and influencer landscape is a plus.
• Previous PR, communications, hospitality or events experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with media and influencer outreach, invitations, guest lists and relationship management.
• Research relevant journalists, publications, influencers and KOLs across the UAE lifestyle, food, fashion and hospitality space.
• Support restaurant openings, launches, events, tastings and PR activations.
• Assist with press releases, media alerts, fact sheets, brand materials and press kits.
• Coordinate media and influencer visits and follow up on coverage and content.
• Monitor media coverage, brand mentions and competitor PR activity.
• Maintain updated media, influencer and contact databases.
• Support PR reports, coverage tracking and monthly media monitoring.
• Conduct research on relevant trends, news opportunities and potential partnerships.
• Work closely with marketing, restaurant and agency teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
