Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a General Manager Construction to lead end-to-end construction operations for luxury villa and mixed-use developments.

The role ensures delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, project planning, regulatory compliance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, while driving operational excellence and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Master's degree or CM certifications preferred.
• 10–15 years of UAE construction operations and project management.
• Proven experience with luxury villas and mixed-use developments.
• Experience with Dubai Municipality approval processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic leadership, business management and growth initiatives.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure UAE regulatory compliance and authority submissions.
• Manage project budgets, cost control and financial performance.
• Lead project teams and drive a high-performance culture.
• Maintain QA/QC, safety and sustainability across projects.
• Foster client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
