Royal Mode LLC in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Luxury Car Rental Business Manager to oversee daily rental operations on-site at Living Legends. You will coordinate closely with the owner, manage inquiries, bookings, contracts, and vehicle handovers, and maintain accurate records for rentals, payments, deposits and vehicle conditions.

The role requires 2+ years in car rental or related fields, fluent English and Arabic, strong communication, and UAE driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in car rental, automotive sales, hospitality or related operations.
• Fluent English and Arabic with strong communication and organizational skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• On-site in Dubai; full-time; 8 hours per day; one weekly day off (Monday).

Responsibilities

Royal Mode LLC is a Dubai-based luxury car rental business seeking a full-time, on-site Luxury Car Rental Business Manager in Living Legends, Dubai. Manage daily rental operations and coordinate closely with the business owner. Handle client inquiries, bookings, contracts, vehicle handovers and returns. Deliver attentive service, maintain accurate rental, payment, deposit and vehicle-condition records, and coordinate availability, cleaning, maintenance, deliveries and collections. Resolve client issues promptly, report incidents, and support fleet utilization and business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 2 years of experience in car rental, automotive sales, hospitality, customer service or a related operation. Fluent English and Arabic, strong communication and organization, sound judgment with clients and vehicles, and comfort with booking records and office software. A UAE driving licence is preferred. Full-time on-site in Dubai; 8 hours per day with one weekly day off (Monday or as business needs require). Monthly salary AED 8,000–10,000 plus 5% of car rental profit. Company-provided visa and insurance. Expected start: 1 December 2026.
