Qualifications

• Own the full boutique P&L including sales targets and budget planning.
• Drive the overall client journey for personalized service experiences.
• Lead a team of sales advisors and support staff with clarity.
• Implement brand directives on visual merchandising.
• Analyze sales data and team performance for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and safety standards.
• Act as the key point of contact for internal departments.
