• Experience in sanding, surface preparation, spraying, and finishing.
• Knowledge of Raptor paint and deep scratch repair.

Responsibilities

• Gain experience on luxury and high-end vehicles.
• Mentor and lead junior painters.
• Guide workflow in the workshop and shape processes.

Skills

Strong masking & taping skills

Sanding, surface prep, spraying, finishing (full cycle)

Raptor paint experience

Deep scratch & paint chip repair

Paint booth operation

Knowledge of 2K, clear coat, base coat
