Job summary

The Luxury Collection Dubai is seeking a Hotel Runner to support multiple departments, ensuring guests and colleagues have what they need in a timely, professional manner.

You will move items, assist housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants and front office, uphold safety, confidentiality and appearance standards, and help create memorable experiences for our guests. Previous hospitality exposure is preferred; a positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Runners support multiple departments to ensure guests and colleagues have what they need in a timely, professional manner.
• Move items to guests' rooms and provide assistance to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office and other areas as required.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance and communication at all times. Read and verify information across formats and handle physical tasks as needed.
