Job summary

ADNOC Distribution in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Production Planning and Operations Manager to lead blending, filling, and base oil activities under toll blending contracts. The role requires coordinating with planning, sales and lube stores to meet production schedules while maintaining ISO 9001 quality standards.

The incumbent will supervise lubricant, grease, and specialty oil production, manage GRP-III base oils operations, and oversee ADNOC BLUE filling and related materials flows,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of oil and gas experience in lube/grease and specialty oils.
• Minimum 6 years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise blending and filling operations with toll blending partners.
• Coordinate with planning, sales, and lube stores to meet schedules.
• Oversee ISO 9001:2015 quality control in production.
• Manage GRP-III base oils operations and terminal storage.
• Lead ADNOC Blue operations and fleet supply.
• Monitor inventory, raw materials receipt, and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure correct formulation and QC approvals before filling.
