Job summary

A leading retail group in Dubai is seeking a Product Analyst – Loyalty to optimize the Shukran loyalty program. Responsibilities include analyzing customer behaviors, engagement metrics, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience in product analytics or customer engagement. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product analytics or CRM analytics.
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer tech is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze member lifecycle and engagement levels.
  • Identify opportunities for tier growth and improved customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for loyalty program performance.
