Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Low Bed Trailer Driver to operate heavy equipment transport vehicles. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, secure loads, and maintain trip records while adhering to UAE traffic laws and company policies.

Ideal candidates have a UAE license (categories 4 and 6), at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE driving license with categories 4 and 6.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a low bed trailer driver.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to read and understand route maps and directions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Operate a low bed trailer to transport heavy equipment and machinery to designated locations.

key Responsibilities:

• Operate a low bed trailer to transport heavy equipment and machinery to designated locations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the trailer and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
• Secure the load and ensure it is properly balanced and tied down
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations as well as company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of trips including fuel consumption distance traveled and any incidents or delays
• Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself other drivers and the general public
