Job summary

Autograph Collection at Dubai Parks & Resorts, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE, is seeking a vigilant Loss Prevention & Security professional to patrol the property, secure rooms, monitor CCTV, manage access controls, and respond to incidents.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of related experience including 1 year in supervision, and no required licensing. The role requires endurance and commitment to hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; secure rooms; assist guests with room access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily physical hazard/safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key control audit.
• Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems; authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas.
• Assist guests/employees during emergency situations; respond to accidents and coordinate with EMS or first aid/CPR as required.
• Gather information and complete reports; maintain confidentiality of reports/documents.
• Escort unwelcome persons from the property; enforce policies and provide proper paperwork to employees.
