Job summary

Dubai Holding Group is seeking an Internal Auditor to conduct audits of store operations, business and accounting processes across UAE and GCC. You will assess compliance with policies, control effectiveness, and security measures to prevent loss and fraud.

You will draft loss prevention procedures, verify cash handling, reconcile P&L and bank statements, and provide prompt investigations with management reports.

Qualifications

• Must be a university graduate with business/accounting/finance degree.
• Knowledge of loss prevention procedures and methods.
• IT and numerically literate.
• Possess investigatory skills.
• Proactive business reporting skills essential.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit store operations across UAE and GCC to identify risks.
• Draft and review Loss Prevention processes and procedures.
• Verify cash handling and bank deposits per policy.
• Audit payments and receivables including mall gift vouchers and cards.
• Oversee P&L and bank reconciliations.
• Investigate theft, malpractice and fraud; report findings to management.
• Conduct Loss Prevention training for stores.
• Survey stores pre-opening and assess premises risks.
