Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a non-management Loss Prevention & Security professional in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, and fire life safety systems, and respond to unusual situations to protect guests, colleagues, and assets.

You will assist during emergencies, administer first aid/CPR when needed, conduct investigations, and document incidents with discretion. The role requires confidentiality and adherence to policies, contributing to the brand’s Gold

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Some college education and at least 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems.
• Investigate theft, fraud, and incidents; gather evidence for investigations.
• Assist guests or employees during emergencies and administer first aid/CPR as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of security reports and release information only to authorized individuals.
• Follow company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and protect assets.
• Build positive working relationships and support team goals.
