Job summary

Aloft Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a diligent Loss Prevention professional to patrol the property, assist guests with access, and monitor security systems. You will conduct inspections, respond to incidents, and ensure safety and confidentiality across operations.

The role requires a responsible individual with no mandatory prior experience, capable of maintaining professional communication and adhering to Marriott policies while supporting guest safety and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property; assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system; complete incident reports.
• Defuse disturbances; escort unwelcome persons; report accidents and request outside assistance when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of security reports and perform daily activity summaries.
