Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial looms to produce woven fabrics according to production schedules and quality standards.
Perform routine setup, calibration, and adjustments of looms to ensure optimal performance and product consistency.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on loom machinery to minimize breakdowns and ensure safety.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance or supervisors as needed.
Monitor fabric quality during production, detecting defects such as yarn breaks, tension irregularities, or pattern inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, production output, and maintenance activities.
