Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Operator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Logistics Operator will handle day-to-day operations, including material handling, dispatching goods, maintaining inventory, coordinating with customers, and ensuring efficient logistics management processes. The role requires efficiency, coordination, and problem-solving skills to support seamless logistic operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Material Handling and Dispatching
• Knowledge in Inventory Management and Logistics Management
• Strong Customer Service skills for effectively handling client interactions
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using logistics software or inventory tools is highly beneficial

Required Profile

• 2+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse operations (UAE/sea cargo experience a big plus).
• Knowledge of port procedures, basic tracking, and cargo handling.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driver's license and comfortable driving/running errands in Dubai.
• Good English; Arabic or Somali is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow with a new company.
