About the Company: INIX Group is an international trading and logistics group with over 17 years of experience in building sustainable supply chains and managing global procurement for clients worldwide. We provide procurement outsourcing services for industrial and trading companies, taking full responsibility for the entire cycle—from sourcing to delivery—building efficient and transparent turnkey supply chains. We are scaling our international trading and logistics business, building infrastructure through subsidiaries in China, India, South Africa, and CIS countries, with a central hub in Dubai (UAE).

Who We Are Looking For

• We are seeking a strong operational leader to head and develop our logistics office in Dubai.
• The key responsibilities will include expanding the agency network and ensuring the effective and flawless organization of international transportation (sea and air freight).
• The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in international forwarding, deep knowledge of the UAE, China, Russia, Europe, and Africa markets, proven P&L management expertise, and the ability to establish end-to-end processes.
• Exceptional negotiation skills, resilience, and the ability to make quick decisions in uncertain conditions are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop an agency network (freight forwarders, 3PL, NVOCC, air agents): sourcing, evaluation, contracts, long-term partnerships (buying/selling rates, slot agreements, block space deals).
• Organize international freight: FCL/LCL, charters, consolidation, air freight; multimodal schemes (sea + air + road) on key routes: China > UAE, UAE > Russia, UAE > Africa, UAE > Jeddah > Europe.
• Manage UAE operations: work with Dubai Customs, JAFZA/DMCC/AD Ports; import/export, transit, warehouse logistics (bonded/non-bonded, cross-docking).
• P&L management by routes and products: pricing, profitability, cost control, budgeting, reporting.
• Service management: SLA, KPI, SOP/WI, quality and timing control, risk and incident management.
• Coordinate distributed teams to maximize efficiency of logistics routes (UAE/China/Africa/Europe/CIS), capacity planning, shipment scheduling.
• Business development: launch new routes, participate in tenders, grow client portfolio in cooperation with the commercial team.
• Digital operations: task setting, tracking, and updating in the Asana online system; transparent status reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in international logistics and forwarding: sea and air freight, multimodal.
• Proven experience in building and managing an agency network; strong negotiation and contracting skills.
• Expertise in UAE regulations (customs, free zones, licensing), cooperation with ports/airlines.
• Experience in managing a local team and coordinating distributed teams; implementing SLA/KPI frameworks.
• Languages: Fluent in Russian and English.
• Tools and standards: Asana (operations), Excel/Google Sheets (P&L models), TMS/WMS, Incoterms, commercial math (GP, Net Margin).
• Soft skills: structured thinking, multitasking, cultural sensitivity, result orientation.
