A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Lobby Ambassador for a luxury 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi. This role involves warmly welcoming guests, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in luxury environments, and possess strong communication skills. If you're a team player with a polished demeanor and a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you. The position is full-time with a salary of up to 6,350 AED depending on experience.

Job Description

Welcome guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide directions or hotel information.

Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service.

Escort guests when needed and monitor the lobby to keep it clean, organized, and guest-friendly.

Handle guest concerns, support VIP arrivals, and stay updated on hotel services, facilities, and safety standards.

Qualifications

Female, 28 years old below

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or customer-facing roles within luxury or 5-star hospitality; open to home-country experience.

Ability to multi-task, handle guest inquiries, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment; physically fit to stand and move for long periods.

Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and a warm, polished guest-service approach; a team player with a customer-first mindset and excellent coordination skills.
