Job summary

Workato in Ajman seeks a Loader Supervisor to join our logistics team. This full-time position offers a salary of 1400$ per month. Pakistani nationality preferred, with experience loading/unloading goods and supervising a team of loaders.

You will oversee loading operations, ensure items are secured for transport, coordinate with warehouse staff, and train your team on safety protocols. Accommodation is provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Pakistani nationality preferred (open to other nationalities).
• Previous experience as a loader or loader supervisor in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items on a regular basis.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for loading and unloading goods.
• Basic English language skills (spoken).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods onto trucks or containers.
• Ensure that all items are properly secured and stacked for transport.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Train and supervise a team of loaders, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded items and report any discrepancies.
• Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth loading process.
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs or malfunctions.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
