Job summary

Work corp is seeking an experienced Loader Supervisor for our Ajman, UAE operation. The role involves overseeing loading/unloading activities, coordinating with truck drivers, and ensuring safety procedures are followed on a contract basis with visa and airfare provided.

Ideal candidates will have prior Loader Supervisor experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, strong English communication skills, and the physical ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience as Loader Supervisor or similar role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work on a contract basis with free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of materials onto trucks or other vehicles.
• Ensure that all loading procedures are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded materials and inventory levels.
• Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs to management.
• Enforce safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the loading process.
