Loader Operator

As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials in a safe and efficient manner. This position is ideal for individuals who have experience operating loaders and are physically fit to perform the required tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to load and transport materials as per job site requirements
• Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment for safety and functionality
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to operate heavy machinery efficiently in various weather conditions
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
• Valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
