Job summary

Penspen Ltd in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Construction Engineer – Civil to oversee civil construction activities for a major LNG project. You will ensure contractors implement works safely, per approved drawings, specs, quality standards, and project schedules.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 15+ years of construction experience, including LNG or major oil and gas projects, with familiarity with ADNOC standards and PMC or client-side experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of relevant construction experience, including 5 years on LNG or major oil and gas projects.
• Experience working in ADNOC projects.
• Experience supervising earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, underground services, and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of civil construction codes, quality requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Previous PMC or client-side experience preferred.
• Good communication, contractor coordination, and reporting skills.
