Responsibilities

• Manages LMS user accounts, course creation, and content uploads.
• Provides training and support to staff on e-learning best practices.
• Troubleshoots access and content display issues.
• Monitors platform usage and produces basic reports.
• Coordinated integrations with other educational tools.

Qualifications

• BSc degree.
• 3‑5 years relevant experience.
