Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant in Top No. 1 real estate firm, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Property Investment Manager and contributing to the success of our property listings for both sale and rent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, upload, update, and manage property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
  • Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and optimized (pricing, descriptions, photos, and availability)
  • Coordinate with agents to collect property details, approvals, and updates
  • Manage and update listings through the company CRM system
  • Monitor listing performance and ensure timely renewals
  • Remove outdated or incorrect listings and maintain data consistency across platforms
  • Support the sales team with listing-related administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Listing Administrator or similar role in real estate
  • Hands‑on experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems used in real estate
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with agents and internal teams
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations is a plus
