The Branch Manager is responsible for managing, leading, and developing the full operations of Limousine Dubai under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

The role includes overseeing daily limousine operations, supervising chauffeurs and operational staff, ensuring fleet readiness, coordinating with government and regulatory authorities, developing business opportunities, securing agreements with hotels, corporate clients, and government entities, and improving revenue, service quality, and operational efficiency.

The position plays a key leadership role in ensuring that the Dubai branch operates in full compliance with applicable regulations while achieving sustainable business growth and maintaining premium service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of Tawasul Limousine Dubai.
• Ensure proper vehicle deployment, chauffeur allocation, trip coverage, and service availability.
• Monitor daily operational performance, vehicle utilization, chauffeur productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure all limousine services are delivered professionally and in line with company standards.
• Represent and support the company in dealing with relevant government entities and regulatory authorities related to limousine operations in Dubai.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, permits, inspections, approvals, and licensing requirements.
• Follow up on chauffeur permits, vehicle registrations, training requirements, operational approvals, and authority requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with the regulatory authority and other government stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for limousine services in Dubai.
• Approach hotels, government entities, corporate clients, tourism companies, event organizers, and other potential clients.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals, quotations, service agreements, and partnership offers.
• Coordinate and negotiate business opportunities to increase company revenue, subject to management approval.
• Strengthen the company’s presence and competitiveness in the Dubai limousine market.
• Submit business development updates and recommendations to the Operations Manager.
• Supervise and manage the daily performance of chauffeurs and operational staff.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, behaviour, trip acceptance, service quality, and customer handling.
• Ensure chauffeurs comply with company policies, client requirements, safety standards, and regulatory rules.
• Coordinate training, briefing, coaching, and performance improvement plans for chauffeurs.
• Ensure all limousine vehicles are clean, safe, presentable, and ready for operation.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
• Follow up on repairs, accident vehicles, workshop status, registration renewals, inspections, and vehicle downtime.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance and Fleet teams to minimize vehicle off-road time.
• Ensure accurate and updated maintenance and repair records for the Dubai fleet.
• Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and service failures.
• Investigate complaints related to chauffeur behaviour, delays, vehicle condition, booking issues, or service quality.
• Ensure immediate corrective actions are taken to protect the company’s reputation.
• Maintain premium service standards suitable for limousine customers, hotel guests, VIP clients, and corporate accounts.
• Manage chauffeurs and operational staff assigned to the Dubai limousine branch.
• Represent the company with government and regulatory entities on branch-related operational matters.
• Communicate and coordinate with hotels, corporate clients, and business partners.
• Propose commercial offers and service agreements for review and approval by management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Recommend disciplinary action for chauffeurs in accordance with company policy.
• Escalate urgent operational, regulatory, financial, or client-related issues to the Operations Manager.
• Implement approved operational plans, service improvements, and business development actions.
