Job summary

Excellence Driving Centre LLC is seeking a professional chauffeur to safely transport clients to and from their required destinations in Dubai. The role requires providing courteous service at all times and maintaining a clean, presentable vehicle that meets company standards.

Applicants must hold a valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License with at least one year of driving experience. Knowledge of Dubai locations, hotels, airports, and major landmarks is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from required destinations.
• Provide professional and courteous chauffeur services at all times.
• Maintain vehicle clean, presentable, and maintained to company standards.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist passengers with luggage and provide professional customer service.
• Follow all assigned trips, schedules, and operational instructions.
• Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle issues or customer complaints to management.

Job description

Safely transport clients to and from their required destinations Provide professional and courteous chauffeur services at all times Maintain excellent knowledge of Dubai roads locations hotels airports and major landmarks Follow assigned trips schedules and operational instructions Ensure the vehicle is clean presentable and maintained to company standards Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety issues Assist passengers with luggage and provide professional customer service Follow all RTA traffic rules and UAE road safety regulations Maintain proper communication with the Operations team through the assign systems applications Handle customer requests professionally and resolve basic service issues appropriately Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct while dealing with VIP and corporate clients Complete trip records attendance and other operational requirements accurately Report accidents traffic violations vehicle issues or customer complaints immediately to management Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License.Driving license should be at least 1 year old.Previous chauffeur or premium transportation experience is preferred.Good knowledge of Dubai locations and roads.Good English communication skills.Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.Age: 25–45 years.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Good driving record and commitment to safe driving.Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.

Working Conditions12-hour shift – morning or night shift.28 working days + 2 days off per month.Work involves driving for extended periods and interacting directly with customers.Performance may be monitored based on service quality, punctuality, customer feedback, and operational requirements.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with previous Driving experience, strong knowledge of Dubai locations, professional customer-service skills, and a clean driving record will be preferred.
