Job summary

India Abroad in Sharjah is seeking a Malayalee Light Driver to safely transport goods and/or passengers. You must hold a valid UAE driving license for light vehicles and be fluent in Malayalam, with good knowledge of Sharjah roads and traffic rules. The position offers accommodation and a temporary 6-month contract, with potential extension.

Training is provided for graduates with no experience. Salary is 900 USD per month.

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Light Driver to join our team in Sharjah. As a Malayalee Light Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and/or passengers to their designated locations. You must have a valid UAE driving license and be familiar with the roads and traffic rules in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a light vehicle to transport goods and/or passengers
• Follow assigned routes and schedules
• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any issues or malfunctions
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing of goods as needed

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license for light vehicles
• Fluent in Malayalam (both written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of roads, routes, and traffic rules in Sharjah
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Physically fit with good eyesightGood communication skills

Salary: 900$ per month with accommodation provided.

This is a temporary position for 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance. Graduates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
