Responsibilities

• Driving light vehicles safely and efficiently for company purposes; ensuring all goods are delivered in a timely manner.
• Checking vehicle condition before each journey; ensuring that it is roadworthy and all necessary documents (such as license, registration papers etc.) are valid.
• Following the route planned by the dispatcher or manager; keeping accurate records for fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
• Taking care of loading/unloading of goods; ensuring that all deliveries are done within specified time frames.
• Ensuring all goods delivered are in good condition; reporting any discrepancies or damages to the manager immediately.
• Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle at all times; ensuring vehicle is parked in designated areas when not in use.
• Adhering to safety rules and regulations at all times; reporting any violations or potential hazards to the manager immediately.

Job Title: Light Driver

Salary: 1200 AED

We are currently looking for a Light Driver to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. This role is expected to be filled by an experienced driver with a minimum of 1 year experience. The successful candidate will be required to drive light vehicles safely and efficiently, providing excellent customer service and following the company's safety policies and regulations.

The duties of the Light Driver will include, but are not limited to:

• Driving light vehicles safely and efficiently for company purposes; ensuring all goods are delivered in a timely manner.
• Checking vehicle condition before each journey; ensuring that it is roadworthy and all necessary documents (such as license, registration papers etc.) are valid.
