About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lifeguard to join Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensure guest safety by monitoring swimming areas, enforcing rules, rescuing individuals in danger, and administering first aid
• Maintain pool facilities by cleaning, checking water conditions, and reporting issues to supervisors for resolution
• Ensure that all lifesaving equipment’s are in good functioning order and always ready to use
• Promote a welcoming environment by greeting guests warmly and fostering a fun, relaxing atmosphere
• Support team operations through effective communication, attending training sessions, and assisting with special events
• Uphold professional standards in hygiene, appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and safety regulations

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 1-2 years of work experience as a Lifeguard
• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
• Shallow Water Certification with Swim Distance 50 yards/meter, Dive Brick Depth Retrieval: 5 feet (1.5 m) or less Underwater swim 10 feet (3 m)

or

• Pool Swim Minute Certification or Shallow Water Certification (as deemed necessary) with Swim Distance 100 yards/meter Dive Brick Depth Retrieval: 8 feet (2.4 m) or deepest facility depth designated Tread without use of arms & hands for 1
