Trusta Medical Center in Dubai is seeking an experienced Massage Therapist to join our aesthetic medical center on a full-time basis. You will perform deep tissue massage, Maderotherapy, and therapeutic treatments tailored to each patient.

The ideal candidate holds a Dubai DHA licence or eligibility, has hands-on experience, and demonstrates professional hygiene, clear communication, and teamwork while supporting post-treatment care and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid Dubai/DHA licence or eligibility.
• Proven experience as Massage Therapist.
• Practical experience in Maderotherapy (wood therapy).
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic and recovery massage techniques.
• Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
• Friendly, respectful, and patient-focused approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and patient-focused Massage Therapist to join our aesthetic medical center in Dubai on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent hands-on experience in deep tissue massage and Maderotherapy, along with a strong understanding of therapeutic massage, body recovery, and post-aesthetic treatment care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage treatments based on each patient’s needs.
• Perform deep tissue massage and Maderotherapy (wood therapy).
• Provide therapeutic, recovery, and relaxation massage treatments.
• Perform lymphatic drainage and post-body-treatment massage, where appropriate.
• Support body-contouring, cellulite-reduction, and post-aesthetic care programs.
• Assess patient concerns and recommend suitable treatments within the permitted scope of practice.
• Clearly explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout each session.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and patient records.
• Follow clinic protocols, hygiene standards, and infection-control procedures.
• Ensure that treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are clean and properly prepared.
• Build respectful and professional relationships with patients.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, therapists, reception staff, and management.

Requirements
