Job summary

Qualifications

• Compassionate and reliable caregiver with patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
• Willingness to perform personal care and domestic tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, eating, etc.
• Performing light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming
• Assisting with mobility (walking/transfers)
• Planning and preparing meals according to dietary requirements
• Communicating effectively with clients' families and health care providers
• Administering medication as prescribed by a doctor or health care provider
• Participating in recreational activities with the client
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
• Running errands such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions
