Job summary

Saab Middle East LLC is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer in Abu Dhabi to perform line and base maintenance on the Global 6000. The position includes component maintenance, training, and logistics duties in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Applicants should hold a B1 EASA Part 66 license with an endorsement; B2 with a BD700 G6000 rating is a plus. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential, with security vetting eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Current B1 EASA Part 66 License with at least one endorsement.
• B2 license and BD700 Global G6000 type rating highly desirable but not required.
• Extensive experience with maintenance procedures and inspections, referencing manuals, TBOs and engineering drawings.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft, engines, avionics, electrical systems, and ground support equipment.
• Perform defect rectification efficiently and effectively.
• Undertake flight line and base maintenance, aircraft repairs, training, refueling, marshalling, and pre-/post-flight checks.
• Perform acceptance inspections on components and equipment and assist with parts inventory management.
• Complete all required maintenance records and logbooks accurately and promptly.
