Librarian vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers

We are currently looking for a Librarian in Sharjah to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced librarian to work with a highly respected library.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the library's collections, cataloging new items, and maintaining the database of items. They will also be responsible for helping patrons locate resources, organizing book events and programs, and providing reference services on the library's collection. This role requires excellent organizational skills and knowledge of library systems and processes.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Library Science or equivalent experience working in a library setting. They should have good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills are also essential for this role. Previous experience working in a multicultural environment would be beneficial. We are happy to consider an immigrant for this position as well.
