We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized Librarian to join our team in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Library, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of library services and activities.

• maintaining and organizing library materials, cataloguing books, magazines, and other resources
• overseeing the checkout process
• assisting patrons in finding material they need
• helping students with research projects
• tracking overdue books and fines
• supervising volunteers and interns
• conducting library tours for visitors
• organizing book displays
• setting up reading clubs and other activities

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, experience with computers, a customer service mindset, and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with library systems such as library databases is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The salary offered is 1300 AED per month.
