Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and organize the library's collection of books, magazines, audiovisual materials and electronic resources.
• Assist patrons with locating materials and provide research support for their inquiries.
• Plan and implement programs and events to promote literacy and encourage library use.
• Manage the circulation of materials, including checking items in/out, collecting fines/fees, and keeping records of inventory.
• Train and supervise library staff in daily operations and customer service techniques.
• Maintain the library's physical space by shelving materials, cleaning shelves/tables/chairs, and ensuring a quiet study environment for patrons.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to enhance library services.
