Librarian - Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a talented and experienced Librarian to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in library operations, cataloguing, and management-level responsibilities. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality; however, all applicants are welcome to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing library services in a professional manner. This includes managing the library’s resources, keeping records up to date and providing guidance to patrons on information retrieval. Additionally, the Librarian will be expected to promote reading activities and use information technology tools for cataloging and indexing purposes.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. They should also have an excellent eye for detail with the ability to catalogue materials accurately and quickly. Knowledge of computers is essential as well as a good understanding of library policies and procedures.
