Job summary

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP is seeking a senior Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-enabled legal solutions and technology initiatives. • Experience managing technology, legal technology, AI, digital transformation, or business process projects within a law firm, professional services, or corporate environment.
• Strong project management expertise including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal workflows, knowledge management, or professional services delivery models.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and legal AI platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of responsible AI, information governance, privacy, and regulatory considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of AI-enabled legal solutions applications and technology initiatives Partner with lawyers business stakeholders Product Managers and Engineers to define project scope objectives timelines and success metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet business and user requirements Manage project plans milestones dependencies budgets risks and issue resolution across multiple workstreams Facilitate stakeholder workshops requirements gathering sessions status updates and governance meetings Support pilot programs user acceptance testing rollout activities and adoption initiatives Track and report project progress benefits realization risks and opportunities to leadership stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes governance and change management practices Ensure solutions are implemented in alignment with security compliance risk and responsible AI requirements

Skills and Experience
