Charterhouse is working with a prestigious international Law Firm, who is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal PA to join their successful team.

About the role

Our client, an international law firm based in Dubai, is looking for a pro‑active Legal PA to provide exceptional billing and invoicing support alongside legal administrative duties to support a team of lawyers within their Dubai office. This role will be expected to manage high workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. The Legal PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, drafting documents, proof‑reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, and organising and attending meetings, as well as taking minutes. Collaboration with Partners and the Finance Team is essential to prepare invoices, manage NBI Requirements and handling matters. Additionally, the role will support the Business Development Team to assist in events, pitches, marketing and carry out any adhoc duties as required.

About you

To be considered for this role, candidate must have experience working in a fast‑paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow. A background in the Legal sector, including complex billing support, is needed. Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Competence in legal software such as 3Elite, is expected. Further Education in the related field is preferred.
