Charterhouse is currently working with a US Law Firm, who are looking to hire an enthusiastic Legal PA to join their successful team within their Abu Dhabi Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive professional who has prior experience within a Law Firm.

Our client, a US law firm based in Abu Dhabi is looking for a pro-active Legal PA to provide exceptional legal administrative support to a Partner within their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

The Legal PA must be able to perform various administrative duties, drafting documents, proof-reading documents, putting together PowerPoints, organising and attending meetings and taking minutes.

Additionally, the role will collaborate with the Partners and Finance Team, responsible for monthly billings and support the Business Development Team to assist in events, pitches, marketing and carry out any ad hoc duties where required.

To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate have experience working within a busy corporate environment. The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills, with eagerness to grow.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with full proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Competence in legal software such as 3Elite is required, and further education in a related field is preferred.
