Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Legal Manager in Abu Dhabi to support major Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC/EPCM, PMC and energy projects. The role requires 7–10+ years as a commercial/corporate lawyer with strong drafting, negotiation, and contract management skills.

Experience with JV/consortium, procurement, and governance for international projects is preferred. Licensed attorney with LLB (LLM preferred) is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years as a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer in the Energy sector.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation and contract management.
• Experience with Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC/EPCM, Construction, Engineering Consultancy, or PMC projects.
• Proven background managing JV, consortium, customer, supplier, and subcontractor agreements.
• Knowledge of procurement, consultancy, and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC/EPCM, PMC, and Energy projects.
• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial agreements.
• Advise on procurement and governance for international projects.
• Ensure compliance and risk mitigation across contracts.

We are seeking an experienced Legal Manager to support major Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC/EPCM, PMC, and Energy projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Requirements

• 7-10+ years' experience as a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer within the Energy sector.

• Experience with Oil & Gas, LNG, EPC/EPCM, Construction, Engineering Consultancy, or PMC projects.
